Events to go to in UK 2016

The UK hosts many interesting events all year, every year. All people can find something that interests them including people interested in film events, music events fashion events and cultural events among many others.

1. Wearable Technology Show
This show will showcase the latest technology in various fields including sports, smart home, fitness, augmented reality, fashion, enterprise and healthcare. Various speakers working in the technology industry will be present. This creates a good opportunity to network with these professionals as you exchange your views. It will also be a good opportunity to develop new businesses and form partnerships.

Those in attendance will get an opportunity to view some of the latest wearable technology from some of the largest companies in the industry. Various innovative products will also be showcased. The event will be held on 15th and 16th March in London’s ExCel. Tickets are available at 15 UK pounds.

2. Noisily Festival
This is a music festival for those who love dance music. Techno, Glitch Hop, Psytrance, House and Drum & Bass music will be available across the 3 stages that have been set up. Apart from music, an art experience will be available. Beautiful artwork will be displayed around the festival site. The festival also offers people an opportunity to participate in making the event a success. Those with skills such as painting, decor design and others are welcome to be part of the team organizing the event. Boutique camping is available to those in attendance. It has private showers, self contained area and access to the festival site. The event will take place on 7-10 July in Noseley Hall, Harborough.


 

3. Standon Calling Festival
This is a festival suitable for all including families. Good music, fancy dress parades, interactive art installations and immersive theatre will be included in the event. Entertainment will be available until late night. Camping sites are available to those attending the event for more than a day. There is always an annual dog show during the festival so you can come with your dog and register it.

The event will take place on 29-31 July at Standon, Hertfordshire.


 

4. Beer by the River
This is an event organised by Sambrook’s Brewery and The National Trust. A wide range of craft beers and cask ales will be available. Guest breweries will be in attendance so you will get a chance to taste their products too. Food stalls will be available at the event. The event will take place in Morden, London on 2-3 September.
